air-conditioned seaside terrace. This in-depth presentation brings to life the many steps the
chocolate seed pods must go through in the process of turning them into chocolate.
By grinding together some of the traditional ingredients, guests participate firsthand in the
same chocolate processing techniques that, even after many centuries, are still used today
by the Mayans.
